User Manual

This page should make collaboration easier before the first call.

It is not here to perform quirks. It is here to lower the cost of trust.

How I Think

I like systems that make judgment inspectable.

When a problem is blurry, I want to recover the shape of it before committing to a solution. When a problem is sharp, I want to move quickly and leave useful evidence behind.

I am drawn to work where the taste burden is high: agents, memory, research workflows, tools for thinking, and product surfaces where a small mistake in structure creates a large mistake in belief.

What I Am Good At

  • turning vague ideas into an architecture that can be tested
  • finding the hidden state problem inside an AI workflow
  • writing clearly about systems without sanding off the stakes
  • building small surfaces that reveal whether a bigger idea deserves oxygen
  • noticing when a plan is pretending to be more certain than it is

What I Am Still Learning

I am trying to get better at shipping without over-explaining.

I am trying to get better at letting strong taste be visible earlier.

I am trying to get better at choosing the narrow public claim instead of keeping everything in private notes until it feels invulnerable.

How To Work With Me

Bring the real constraint early.

If the schedule is brutal, say that. If the idea is politically delicate, say that. If the metric is fake but still matters, say that too.

I work best when the conversation can move between first principles and concrete artifacts: a sketch, a repo, a broken prompt, a messy transcript, a table of evidence, or a page that almost works but does not yet have a spine.

What I Am Usually Optimizing For

Clarity first.

Then leverage.

Then speed.

Speed is powerful when the target is real. It is expensive when the target is borrowed.

Anti-Goals

  • writing that sounds impressive but cannot be used
  • agent demos that work only because nobody asked them to restart
  • architecture diagrams that hide the hard part
  • personal branding that has no point of view
